Anyway, if you’d guessed—based on Bellevue’s burgeoning pockets of development—that the former site of the Bank of America near Southern Avenue would turn into perhaps a restaurant or diner, some form of retail, or some other community-serving business, you’d only be half right. Turns out the permit for 4675 South Capitol Street, SW denotes a:
“Tenant fit-out for a new 7-Eleven”
Ugh. Never mind how close it is to the one right up the street at the intersection near South Capitol and Atlantic Streets, SW, apparently someone thinks that we need another one.
